Welcome to the Pacific Northwest Lionhead Rabbit Club Website!
The PNWLRC is a regional club in the Pacific Northwest area, including but not restricted to Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, & the surrounding areas including Canada. The club was founded in 2011 to promote the Lionhead breed, as well as bring the Pacific NW Lionhead community together by attending rabbit shows, sharing information, experiences, friendship, & fun. Club members can find the PNWLRC on Facebook as well, which is a great place to chat, talk about the breed, meet new people, share pictures, & ask questions.
Lionhead Rabbits are the 48th recognized rabbit breed in the United States. They were accepted by the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) in 2013. The PNWLRC is the first chartered club with the NALRC, the North American Lionhead Rabbit Club, which is the national parent club for the Lionhead breed in the United States.
We are ecstatic to be the host club for Lionheads at the ARBA Convention to be held in Portland, Oregon from
Oct. 30 - Nov. 3, 2015. It is an exciting time in the history of the Lionhead Rabbit breed & we hope you will join us!
If you have any questions in regard to the club, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
